Shipping policy
Trust is mutual. We have a five-day returning policy on all orders.
Delivery
We try to process your order as fast as possible. It usually takes within 1-5 working days after payment for your order to be processed. Postal Service usually takes within 8-15 working days to be dispatched.
Since we cannot influence the shipping time we cannot guarantee delivery within certain time frames. Though in case you need to receive your order within a certain time, you can always inform about possibilities to speed up delivery.
In cases such as wholesale orders, delivery time may take longer than usual, according to the scale of your order. We will advise on a delivery date in this case. Please bear in mind that pieces are handmade and from small editions, we may sell out of certain items at particularly busy periods. In this case we will try to advise you of a delivery date or other options.
Europe: Our delivery charges generally range from €5-8 per order, depending on whether you are purchasing, and this cost includes packaging and postage. Your order will be sent by regular Serbian postal service “Pošta Srbije” and will provide you with a tracking number that works well within all European regular postal services.
United States, Canada, Australia: Our delivery charges generally range from €6-10 per order, depending on whether you are purchasing, and this cost includes packaging and postage. Your order will be sent by regular Serbian postal service “Pošta Srbije” and will be provided with a tracking number. Please bear in mind that once package is out of Europe, tracking won't be updated in the website but, you can always call your local postal service with the tracking number in case package is taking longer than expected. If you need special service such as FedEx or DHL, please contact us and we will arrange it, once you have agreed about the extra fee of this service.
International: We are happy to send our pieces around the world. Please bear in mind that we use regular postal service and it will be managed by your local regular (public) postal service once it arrives in your country. In case your country’s regular postal service does not work well (example Latinamerican countries) we suggest not to take this service but a private company such as FedEx or DHL, which will involve an extra fee. Please contact us and we will arrange it once you have agreed about the extra fee of this service.
Returns
We have a five-day return policy on all orders. For us, your satisfaction and trust is a priority. We do our best to design and produce high-end pieces and respect the trust you put on us while placing an order.
We want you to feel absolutely happy and delighted with your purchase. Nonetheless, if your order is not was you were expecting, you can return it within 5 days after arrival. Once we receive your order back, we will refund the total amount of the purchase (excluding shipping). We do not cover shipping fee for returns.
Customs
Please note that shipment to some countries may be subject to import duties and tax. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer. Pamela Coromoto has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.
Lost items
If your item does not arrive within 20 working days, please contact us in case your delivery has been delayed. Items returned to us by the postal service or couriers marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.
We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information.
